Project Selection Criteria

  • Innovation: We prioritize projects with unique ideas, breakthrough technologies, or disruptive potential. Innovation is a core criterion for our project selection.

  • Potential Impact: We assess the market demand, social impact, and long-term development potential of projects. We aim to support projects that can positively impact the industry or society.

  • Platform Compliance: Projects must comply with Indiegogo and Kickstarter platform rules and relevant laws. We do not accept projects that may infringe on intellectual property or violate platform regulations.

Review Process

  • Submission Steps: Project submitters need to fill out detailed project information through our online form, including project introduction, goals, budget, and timeline.

  • Initial Review: Our review team will perform an initial screening to check if the project meets basic standards and submission requirements.

  • Detailed Evaluation: Projects passing the initial review will enter a detailed evaluation phase. Our team will further assess market potential, idea quality, and execution plans and communicate with the project team.

  • Review Results: The review results will be communicated to the project submitter via email within 7 business days. Rejected projects will receive detailed feedback and improvement suggestions to help enhance future submissions.

Project Adjustments

If a project requires modifications or additional information during the review, the project team will be given time to make adjustments and resubmit. The resubmitted project will undergo a new review.

Privacy Policy

  • Information Collection:

    • Registration Information: When users register or subscribe, we collect basic information such as name, email address, and contact details. This information is used to provide services, send updates, and process user requests.

    • Usage Data: We collect and analyze user activity data on the site, including browsing history, click behavior, and usage patterns to help optimize our services and improve user experience.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Conditions:

    • If your ROI is below 3, we’ll provide up to 3 additional promotional pushes to help boost performance.

    • If the final ROI remains below 1, we’ll refund your payment (excluding a 4% processing fee).

Content and Behavior Guidelines

    • Accuracy: All submitted project content must be truthful and accurate, and should not contain false, misleading information or exaggerated claims. Fraudulent or misleading activities are strictly prohibited.

    • Intellectual Property: Submitted content must respect intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Any infringement on others' intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

  • Community Behavior:

    • Respect Others: Users are expected to maintain respect and courtesy towards other community members, prohibiting any form of harassment, discrimination, malicious attacks, or inappropriate behavior. We aim to foster a friendly and positive community environment.

    • Violation Handling: Users who violate community guidelines will receive warnings, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the violation. Severe or repeated violations may lead to account suspension or permanent banning.

  • Service Fees:

    • Fee Structure: Different services and promotional options have varying fee standards. Specific fees will be detailed in the contract and customized based on project needs.

Changes and Termination Policy

    • Update Notifications: BackerNeed reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time. Changes will be published on the website and notified to all registered users via email.

    • User Feedback: We welcome user feedback on policy changes and will consider adjustments based on actual feedback.

  • Service Termination:

    • Termination Conditions: BackerNeed reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service under specific conditions, including but not limited to policy violations, service adjustments, or platform maintenance.

    • Notification Method: Decisions regarding service termination will be communicated in writing to users, and relevant matters, including project and fee settlement, will be handled accordingly.
